[홈메이드 넛 밀크] Homemade almond and cashew milk
Almond milk
1 cup Raw almond
4 cups Filtered water
1 -4 Date or other natural sweetener such as maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Cashew milk
1 cup Raw cashew
4 cups Filtered water
1 - 4Date or other natural sweetener such as maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Directions
Soak 1cup of almond for 8-12 hours and cashew for 4-8 hours.
Drain almond/cashew and add to a high power blender. Add 4 cups of filtered water and blend for 1 minute until nuts are well blended.
Strain nut milk using a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
Milk can be stored in a fridge for 5 days.
