Episode #3 Ron's BIG BICEP Workout after the Back Workout | Arm Workout

Want BIG BICEPS? The best way to grow your arms without sacrificing your overall physique is to work them "after" you have worked your back. This is the 3rd and final segment of my personal back workout routine. If you watch the first two videos you see how your biceps get broken down by the back exercises before we do curls:

Remember, we always focus on the big muscles first so the small muscles don't get too drained to perform the big muscle exercises.
