One-Hour Strength Workout | Level 2 w/ Brent Bishop

Brent leads you through this no equipment, bodyweight strength workout designed to keep your muscles under controlled tension for maximum results.

Need to adjust the difficulty of the workout?
• Team members are each demonstrating a different Mod level of difficulty, from 1 to 3 - adjust up or down as necessary!
• Killing the level 1 mod 3 workouts? Maybe it's time to try out our level 2 routines!

EVOLVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: At-home, bodyweight workouts, no equipment required.

Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area:
• Mondays: STRENGTH
• Tuesdays: AGILITY
• Wednesdays: CORE
• Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS
• Fridays: TENNIS
• Saturdays: GOLF

WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 9AM on select days: Stretches and Yoga
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)
