Rebuild and Refocus Episode 5: Breaking My 120 Hour Fast

From time to time I like to do an extended fast. While it's not right for everyone, and you should talk to your doctor if you're considering one, I find that fasting is something that helps me to refocus. Since that's a big part of this series, I wanted to show you all how I end my extended fasts and transition back into my normal ketogenic diet.
