2週間で10キロ痩せるダンスtranslates to losing 10 kilograms in 2 weeks dance. This dance workout was originally from Korean youtubers who dance to the song 'HANDCLAP' and it was believed to be able to shred and lose 20 lbs if it is correctly done for 2 weeks. It went very viral in Japan since 2019 and I decided to try it out myself after hearing it from a friend.

I did it for 2 weeks everyday but I didn't lose much weight, it was expected though
I got some unexpected result in my waist instead. It kinda worked?

Q: the dance is only 3 min, do you repeat it 10 times?
A: Yes.

Q: why do you still want to lose weight?
A: I DO THIS OUT OF CURIOSITY AND NOT TO LOSE WEIGHT AT ALL. My channel is about sharing my life in Japan and what I want this video to do is to share a viral trend in Japan to the world.

Q: my height?
A: 161 cm which is about 5'3

Q: tutorial to learn the dance?
A: I personally find this tutorial easy to follow since it is mirrored. Try putting it at 0.75 speed if it’s too fast.

Q: Did i change or restrict my diet? What did you eat?
A: No, I didn't restrict my diet but I've always been avoiding refined sugar for general health (mainly to prevent premature aging/wrinkles) and for oral health. My carbs are usually either rice, sweet potato or potatoes. Proteins, I eat eggs, chicken breast or salmon. Fats from Avocado, sometimes I eat deep fried chicken or fish. I make miso soup with seaweed if I’m eating rice. I eat natto if I’m eating rice porridge/eggs. I eat broccoli, mushroom, kimchi, bell peppers, lettuce, spinach for vege. Fruits as snack. So my meals are a combination of those food. Leftover food will be used to fry rice
During this workout, there’s one day I ate ice cream too, and some french fries and soda.

Q: How big are my food portions?
A: not small not big either. Imagine a ramen bowl (diameter 18cm, height 6 cm), but usually half full or 3 quarter full if I don't have rice in that meal
