Intermittent Fasting What I Eat in a Day (No Special Diet)

I have been doing intermittent fasting for just over a year and have been so pleased with the results. I've lost 29 lbs and have experienced so many other health benefits. I did not combine IF with any other special diet (such as keto). I still have carbs and sugar. Please note that I am not recommending you eat this way. I am just honestly sharing what I eat on a typical day and even though I eat like this, I am still able to see great results. I feel healthy and happy and wanted to share my results :) I hope you enjoy this video. Disclaimer: please consult your doctor before trying intermittent fasting.
