In this video I will share with you the number two mistake road cyclists make with their cycling training. Notably discussing a number of training tips, and isolating how an unstructured approach to training - including bunch riding, competitive rides with friends, and random solo riding - can leave many cyclists on a plateau. Sure, they will have seen improvements in fitness initially, but what happens when they hit the plateau. Thus, I will be sharing a solution to the problem, giving you inside access to a training module. The inside access is a cycling training methodology called the Step Ladder Approach. It takes into consideration a proven and structured approach to training that will ensure rapid improvements on the bike.
Prior to sharing this methodology, I will reflect on the number one mistake cyclists make in training, which centers around training zones, notably zone two and building base fitness.
