5 Minute Fat Buring HIIT Workout | Full Body at Home or Gym

Not everyone has hours to spend in the gym. That is why Tabata training HITT) is very popular these days.

The benefit of Tabata training cannot be overemphasised. It saves time, burns fat improves your aerobic and anaerobic capacity (Cardiovascular fitness) and finally, helps the body develop muscle tissues rather than damage them.

This video is a 5 mins Tabata training designed to work your whole body. The training only last for 5 minutes. You do each exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds before doing the next exercise.

Here are the list of exercises in this video. So grab your water and follow along.

1. Burpee
2. Press ups
3. Battle drums with medicine balls
4. Squats to press with medicine ball
5. Kettlebell swings
6. Plank jacks
7. Up-down plank
8. Battle ropes
9. Jumping lunges
10. Mountain climbers
