​1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp sugar + 3/4 cup, divided
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg, room temperature
3/4 cup mashed banana, 2 medium bananas
extra sugar for dusting
