X-rays show Neck damage from Sitting
A Forward Head Position causes loss of neck curve. The last 3 neck X-rays we've taken show the same pattern and a worryingly now this occurs frequently in our kids and teens. Tim shows you what a normal neck curve looks like and what sitting and looking down at our devices does to your neck. Over time this causes a loss of the natural curve of the neck with elongation, adaption and scarring of the holding tissues (ligaments, tendons and muscles). Over time the bone also starts to adapt and deforms and will show signs of wear and tear and arthritis. Pain may only occur much later, meanwhile this loss of curve is associated with other health issue (watch next video)
