Work From Home Spinal Stretches and Mobility Exercises
Rachael Kelly demonstrates how to do some easy spinal mobility exercises and stretches. Take a short break from your screen and do these to help you stay mobile.
With each of the exercises, repeat for 30 seconds before going on to the next one, always make sure your core muscles are engaged. The slower the better so you can feel a good stretch and flow through the spine. These can be repeated as often as you like the main purpose is to keep your spine feeling mobile.
Exercise 1- Seated Cat Stretch
Exercise 2- Straight Arm Lift
Exercise 3- Side Flexion
Exercise 4- Spinal Rotation
