Look at all the subterranean termites! 😱
They live in the ground beneath and around homes. They work their way into homes through cracks in the foundation or anywhere there is wood in contact with soil. They will eat through decks and siding to form their nests.

Subterranean make tunnels called “mud tubes” up against the side of concrete walls or cinderblocks. In these tubes, they move from the soil to the structure without exposing themselves to the sun.
