Recycling a 12v cordless drill

My method of re-using a 12v cordless drill with expired rechargeable batteries. This will seem pointless to some, but to those that work around 12v batteries often, this will make (some) sense. I like to re-use something if I can, or modify something to suit my needs. This is both.
