Taking the Virtual Floppy from Prototype to Production using JLCPCB

This is a continuation of my experiences fabricating pcboards with JLCPCB. In a previous video, I used JLCPCB's $2 for 10 pcs PCBs, 48 Hours Quick Turn (https://jlcpcb.com) service to manufacture a $2 prototype of my "Raspberry Pi Virtual Floppy ISA board". The project was very successful, with several people asking for a production-quality board. I made this video to show the steps I took, using Eagle, to transition from the prototype to production quality. I cleaned up the edge card area for gold fingers, enlarged the board, added a few new features, and had ordered some ENIG boards. I also added a physical floppy controller (based on Sergey Kiselev's ISA floppy controller design) so that one board can support both a virtual storage device and a physical floppy device. For more electronics projects, see my website at http://www.smbaker.com/.
