Day 1 of Turning My Shoulders Into Boulders 💪 (185x5 Seated Pin Overhead Press)
2nd time I've done this variation off of pins and I am loving it at the moment! This is an all time rep PR across AD press variations for me (previous best was 185x4 not off pins), which is pretty crazy because I haven't done the lift in about 10 months AND this is OFF PINS! Road to 225 is back on.
