Ingredients:

¾ tsp baking powder

Strawberry filling:

1 lb fresh strawberries - cleaned well, hulled, and sliced
3 tbsp granulated sugar
Simple syrup for cake layers (optional)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water

Whipped cream:

1½ cup heavy whipping cream
⅓ cup sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp white chocolate instant pudding mix
