Meteorite Men | S03 E03 | Return to Whitecourt

Geoff likely thinks he has become part of his favorite childhood TV series, "Thunderbirds" starring International Rescue, after he and Steve get an urgent call from the University of Alberta in northern Canada. Eminent scientist, Dr. Chris Herd, asks the Meteorite Men to fly to the rescue of the recently-discovered Whitecourt meteorite crater [See S01 E01]. Despite the posted warnings of a $50,000 fine, meteorite poachers have been sneaking into the crater preserve and illegally removing valuable space rocks. Forming a dynamic partnership between academia and adventurers, the Meteorite Men and Canadian scientists team up in a once-in-a-lifetime hunt inside the protected crater zone to find buried meteorites and record priceless data before it is lost forever.

Also in this episode: Steve totally loses his magnets and Geoff tries out a new, lightweight metal detector.
