Increase Immunity Naturally | Lesser Known Methods For Boosting Immunity

In this video we discuss some lesser known methods that have been clinically shown to increase immunity naturally. They are all considered adaptogens, which mean that they help the body adapt to stress, as well as boosting immunity, which may prove to be especially beneficial at the moment.

This is a follow up video to my previous video on the most well researched compounds for increasing immunity. That video included compounds like garlic, echinacea, vitamin c, vitamin d, and zinc. Though all the compounds listed in this video aren’t as well researched in regards to sickness, preliminary evidence suggests that they are, at the very least, moderately effective at improving immune function.
