Recipe Keto Japanese Garlic Fried Konjac Rice

How to prepare Konjac Rice and recipe to cook Japanese Garlic Fried Konjac Rice Keto style.

Ingredients
2 pkt Konjac Rice washed and dried
5 cloves garlic chopped
4 eggs beaten slightly
Olive oil / Palm oil / butter
Tamari to taste

1. Wash the Konjac Rice under running water boil for 3 minutes and strain. pour n a dry pan with medium heat for 10 minutes to dry.
2 . Heat oil in wok or pan. Fry garlic till fragrant. Pour in the Konjac Rice and mix.
3. Add in some tamari to taste
4. Add in the eggs and mix.
5. Can add in some white pepper to taste.
6. Can add in some chopped scallions if you want. Optional to add in prawns or chicken slices.

7. Serve hot and enjoy.
