CURRY SHIRATAKI FRIED RICE RECIPE 🍍🍤

250 gr shirataki rice
250 gr shrimps (marinate with a few dashes of salt and white pepper)
100 gr unsalted cashew nuts, roasted
150 gr of chopped fresh pineapple
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
vegetable oil / olive oil
chopped scallion (as garnish)

Seasonings mixture :
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
2 tbsp of curry powder
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of white pepper
