The Best Keto Noodle - Three Konjac / Shirataki Noodles Reviewed

There are a number of keto noodles on the market. Most of them are Shirataki noodles made from konjac. In my opinion, most are a pretty poor substitute for pasta. In this video, I pit three different konjac based noodles against each other: Miracle Noodles, Well Lean Noodles, and Healthy Noodle.
