pescado corvina (o pescado blanco de tu elección)
4 cabezas de ajo
3 limones
kion (gengibre)
ají limo (pimiento)
apio
2 cebollas
cilantro
ajinomoto
pimienta negra y sal
leche evaporada
3 camotes (batatas)
maiz tostado (choclo)
