Laughter, only laughing. De-stress. You can't laugh and be stressed at the same time. Nor can you simultaneously be angry and laugh. Yeah you can force that to prove me wrong. There does not have to be anything funny. It is the motion that your body goes through that releases endorphin. Laughing can increase your energy level, lessen pain, strengthen the immune system, and protect you from stress. Laughter is the best medicine. You can get for free and the more you do it, the better you feel. Watch out, it can be contagious.
