As a UX team and hiring manager, I have to review a ton of applications and most of them end up scrapped. Why? Because candidates don't think about the receiving end or are simply unable to present their skills and experience right. It comes down to a lot of factors, the biggest being UX portfolio shape. But while portfolios are often overlooked, the UX resumes are usually in a much worse state. In this video, I'll break down the DOs and DON'Ts when it comes to pulling an effective resume.
