Imposter syndrome is a condition every growing person will face in their lives. The complex and messy field of user experience is no exception to it and everyone who's trying to get in or progress within their UX design career will struggle with it. In this video, I'll share a few thoughts and tactics on effectively dealing with it. As with everything in UX, the solution can only be found through a deep understanding of the root causes.
