UX Portfolio Review: First Case Study (Junior UX Designer)

In this latest instalment of UX portfolio reviews, I'll walk through the latest viewer submission which covers the very first UX case study that designer has done. While it's an impressive first stab at documenting and presenting the design work as usual there are a lot of improvement areas. Some of the bits I cover include the difference between design thinking and UX process, the necessity of deep UX research when designing user experience and other suggestions.
