INGREDIENTS & NOTES

#1 Spiced Mocha Cold Brew 0:42

for the cold brew:
60g coffee, coarsely ground (¾ cup or 2.1oz)
1 liter water (4 cups)

for the spiced chocolate syrup:
50g granulated sugar (¼ cup)
1 ¼ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
3 tbsp water
dash of cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
¼ tsp cinnamon
a few drops vanilla aroma (or ½ tsp vanilla extract)

also:
non-dairy milk to taste, for serving
→ yields about 4 servings
#2 Iced Biscoff Latte 2:53

1-2 tsp smooth biscoff spread
2-3 shots espresso
ice, for serving
non-dairy milk to taste, for serving

→ serves 1
#3 Japanese Iced Latte w Vanilla Cold Foam 4:21

2-3 tbsp coffee = 10-15g (medium coarse)
100-125g ice cubes = 100-125g
180g - 240g near boiling water = ¾ cup - 1 cup

for the cold foam:
125ml room temp barista oat milk (½ cup)
a few drops vanilla aroma (or ½ tsp vanilla extract)

also:
more ice for serving
if needed: sweetener of choice

→ serves 1-2
#4 Miso Caramel Iced Latte 5:41

for the miso date caramel:

175g (a little over 1 cup) pitted dates (it was 25 deglet noor dates exactly)
⅓ cup (80ml) brown rice syrup (or maple or coconut blossom syrup)
2 ½ tbsp softened vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla or a few drops vanilla aroma
1 - 2 tbsp white miso paste (start with one, see if you need more)
3 - 5 tbsp non dairy milk to adjust consistency (start with three, see if you need more)
→ serves 4

→ store the caramel in the fridge, sealed, for up to a week!
→ use it in porridge, smoothies, yogurt bowls, to dip fruit into, it’s so yummy!

for each latte:

2 shots espresso
1-2 tsp miso caramel
ice for serving
non-dairy milk for serving

#5 Iced Espresso Tonic 7:41

handful of ice
2 shots of espresso
cold tonic water, to taste (enough to fill the rest of the cup)
optional: add a squeeze of lime of 1/ tsp fresh lime zest if you’re
feeling extra fancy

→ serves 1
#6 Iced Tonka Bean Moka Latte 8:34

I used a mini moka maker here, adjust the recipe to the needs of your machine!

2 shots = 100ml moka espresso
1 packet = 8g = 2 tsp tonka bean vanilla sugar

ice for serving
non dairy milk for serving
