In this brief snippet @dancooper_msc talks about the choices and level of control he felt had during the selection phase. Definitely worth taking note for those aspiring to do selection.

Some people feel that there is nothing they can do during selection, that they have no control of the outcome - they feel as though they are at the mercy of the directing staff. Although, for the most part that is true 😆 There are still choices and small things that you can control every minute, every hour, every day that you are on selection.

I love what he realised about the badged operators of the unit also, 💯 resonated with that realisation.
