This $12,000,000 House in Beverly Hills is empty. The owner wants to rent it out for a crazy price: $23,000/month. Which is barely enough money to cover the property taxes.
Of course - the house has been sitting on the market for rent for a while, because not many people have $23,000/month to spend on rent.
