so December 2020 marks 1 year of when I made a pact with myself to do the Wim Hof Method every single day! i have noticed so many positive changes in my mindset and life that i hope this video inspires many of you to start.
Im very passionate about the Wim Hof method for it has changed my life. I make sure I tell everyone about this method especially to people who suffer from anxiety, depression, get sick frequently or just want to perform better.
