Shopping list
- Chicken breasts (1kg)
- 3tbsp cornstarch
- Dried Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chinese 5 spice
- Olive oil
- 1/2 Onion
- Green belle pepper
- Yellow belle pepper
- Red belle pepper
- Spring onion
- Chilli flakes
- Panko Breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice 1 kg of Chicken breast and add this to a bowl, add 3tbsp of cornstarch 1tbsp of Chinese five spice, salt, pepper and dried chilli flakes. mix until fully combined.
to a pan add olive oil and cook chicken on high heat for 6 to 10 minutes until golden Brown on both sides.
On a separate pan add olive oil, 1/2 onion 1x spring onion, 1x chopped green pepper 1x chopped yellow pepper, 1x chopped red pepper and 1x chopped chilli to taste.
Add more salt & pepper and cook for five minutes.
once the chicken is cooked add Panko breadcrumbs to give the chicken a crispy coating. Add this to the mixed peppers and stir all mixed together.
Add this onto a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C/350°F
once done you’re ready!
