What are the airports with the BEST architecture?

Firstly, take a look at Zayed Airport in Abu Dhabi. The exterior is inspired by sand dunes from the desert, and the interior looks modern and futuristic. Even the check-in counters are so unique.

Then, here’s Queen Alia airport in Amman, Jordan. The interior is nice, but the top view is just unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.

Beijing Daxing airport is now known globally as an architectural marvel. The airport is in a starfish layout which reduces walking time, and features skylights that elegantly light up the entire airport.

This is Mumbai Airport terminal 2, and the column and ceiling designs are beautiful. At night, they even light up in the colors of India’s flag.

In contrast to futuristic architecture, India’s Bengaluru airport terminal 2 is constructed from engineered bamboo and feels like walking through a lush woodland. I mean just look at these hanging gardens.

Similarly, Portland airport’s new main terminal in the US has caught everyone by surprise. It feels like stepping into a forest, with tons of natural light, trees, and beautiful wooden ceilings.

Madrid airport in Spain also has a similar style with a distinctive bamboo roof.

This is Oslo airport’s new central concourse with a stunning arched roof, similar to Shenzhen airport in China, which by the way is one of the most futuristic airports I’ve seen.
