Step 1: Ras Malai Milk Cake
Ingredients👇
150grams Self Raising flour
10grams milk powder
160grams Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
40mls full fat milk
4 eggs separated
Pinch of cardamom powder

Step 2: Cardamom and Saffron Milk
Ingredients 👇
250mls Evaporated milk
100mls milk
200mls double cream
150grams condense milk
1 tbls milk powder
Pinch of cardomom powder
Few strands of saffron
Step 3: Rasmalia cream topping
Ingredients 👇
250mls double cream
3 -4 tbls condense milk
2 heaped tbls cream cheese
1 tbls milk powder
Pinch of cardomom powder

Decorate with chopped almonds and pistachios and Saffron strands
