當下最爆款的毛線球麵包,是一款外表講顏值和內部組織鬆軟如雲的網路火爆麵包,任何一個自己喜愛的甜麵包麵糰配方都可替代(我会用我的"十字面包"视频里的面团,更松软,更香),若要锦上添花可将鲜奶油用黄油替代,在口味上会更香。这款忠于原方只增加了糖量,在外形上要更像毛线球,切割了2倍多的细条。本视频详细展示每一制作步骤和“毛线球”的整型手法。

Wool roll bread recipe:

50g cranberry, soaked
80ml warmed milk
1t dry active yeast
300g bread flour
60ml sugar
1t salt
1 egg
100ml Whipping cream(or melted butter)

20-22 cm bake pan
preheat the oven at 170°C bake for 20-25 minutes


毛線球面包食譜:
50克 蔓越莓干,開水泡軟
80毫升溫牛奶
1小茶匙干酵母
300克高筋麵粉
1小茶匙鹽
60毫升糖
1顆全蛋
100毫升鮮奶油(可黃油替代)

20-22 烤盤
預熱好的烤箱170攝氏度烤20-25分鐘
