Super moist and decadent Chocolate Yule Log (Buche de Noel) with meringue mushrooms,fondant icing almond pine cones and chocolate bark。

無敵美味,超級濕潤的法式聖誕樹干巧克力蛋糕卷,用蛋白霜製作的"蘑菇",用翻糖杏仁瓦片製作的"松果"和用巧克力制作的"树皮",组成豪华阵容的"圣诞树干蛋糕"使其更加精緻,是2020聖誕大餐必備的餐後甜点。

Chocolate Yule Log Recipe:
法式圣诞树干巧克力蛋糕食谱:

🎄 Chocolate Yule Log cake 蛋糕体
4 egg yolks 蛋黄
30g sugar 糖
55g oil 油
70g hot milk 牛奶
50g cake flour 低筋面粉
15g cocoa powder 可可粉

4 egg whites 蛋白液
40g sugar 细砂糖

Preheat the oven 180°C bake for 15 minutes
180摄氏度烤15分钟

🎄Meringue Mushrooms recipe:
蛋白霜"蘑菇"食材:

4 egg whites 蛋白液
1/2 t Tartar powder 塔塔粉
1 cup caster sugar 细砂糖
pinch of salt 一指盐
100g dark chocolate(78%)
melted in the
microwave for 20-25
seconds
100克黑巧克力,微波炉20-25秒融化

In the oven 100°C, bake for 1 hour
入100摄氏度烤箱1小时烘干。
🎄 Fondant icing pine cones recipe:
"松果"食材

1/2kg Chocolate fondant icing
1 cup raw sliced almonds
1/2公斤翻糖(巧克力色)
1杯生杏仁瓦片

🎄Chocolate bark recipe
巧克力"树皮"食材

100g Dark chocolate(78%),
melted in microwave for 20-25 seconds.

100克黑巧克力(78%),在微波炉里20-25秒融化。
