Hand painted Strawberry Swiss Roll Recipe

Egg yolks batter:蛋黃麵糊
4 egg yolks 蛋黃
20g caster sugar 細砂糖
50ml oil 油
60ml fresh orange juice鮮橙汁
60g cake flour低筋麵粉/蛋糕粉
15g corn starch澱粉

Meringue:蛋白霜
4 egg whites蛋白液
40g caster sugar細砂糖
few drops of Lomon juice幾滴檸檬汁

Strawberries batter:草莓麵糊
2t egg yolks batter蛋黃麵糊
5T egg whites蛋白霜
170°c bake for 1 minute
170攝氏度烤1分鐘

For cake:蛋糕体
Preheat the oven 150°C
bake for 30minutes
預熱的烤箱150攝氏度烤30分鐘

Chocolate brown and green food color
or coco powder and Matcha powder
巧克力褐色和綠色食用色素各一滴
也可用可可粉和抹茶粉(加少許水混合)替代褐色素和綠色素。
