Shoulder Pain on the Side When Working Out - Gym Pain, Problem & Solution

Have you felt a sharp pain in the side of your shoulder that's making it difficult to do all your shoulder exercises in the gym especially when you lift your arm to the side? Here's some advice from a Sports Physician on how to self-test what's causing the pain, what shoulder exercises in the gym might be causing the pain, and what are some things to help get you relief.

Fitness expert James Grage asks his good friend, former bodybuilder and Sports Physician, Dr. Spencer Baron for his best expert advice on what exercises in the gym can cause pain in the side of the shoulder (supraspinatus), what corrections we can make to these exercises to avoid shoulder injury, and what we can do to help alleviate the pain.
