SUMMING ARM & BACK IN 30 DAY10 Min workout for Arm | Easy Exercise to Slim Arm Effects

A 10-minute daily workout can help improve your arm and back muscles. Here's a simple routine you can follow for 30 days:

**Day 1-10 (Arm Workout):**
1. **Push-Ups:** Do as many push-ups as you can for 1 minute.
2. **Bicep Curls:** Using dumbbells or household items as weights, do 2 sets of 10-12 reps per arm.
3. **Tricep Dips:** Use a sturdy chair or surface and perform 2 sets of 10-12 reps.
