HIKING BUCKSKIN MOUNTAIN STATE PARK ARIZONA

On this outdoor adventure, I am visiting one of my favorite Arizona State Parks! Buckskin Mountain State Park is located along the beautiful Colorado River, roughly 30 minutes south of Lake Havasu. What I love so much about this state park is how beautiful it is as it's on a scenic bend of the Colorado River. I do the Buckskin Mountain West Trail, which is labeled as moderate at 3.7 miles round-trip and 465 feet of elevation gain. This is a bunch of shorter trails combined into one long one that I found on AllTrails. This is a really cool hike because you get some pretty amazing views of the Colorado River and the surrounding mountains. You also pass by a couple of old mines along the way as well! I highly recommend visiting this beautiful state park, especially during the winter!
