Should You Get a Dog ? | Pros & Cons

If you're a dog lover or even if you've never had a dog before sometimes the question comes up, should I get a new puppy now that I'm over 50? Owning a dog has many things to consider and in this Youtube video vlog we talk about the reasons you should have a dog but also the reasons you shouldn't. There are so many things to know and think about. We also talk about adopting a dog from a rescue shelter, especially an older dog who has been pre-loved, maybe from a home of an elderly person and doesn't understand why it's now in a cage. Dogs become part of the family even if you are empty nesters but many are at least a 15 years commitment so we wanted to do this video for the sake of the dog and also for the sake of the pet owner who is a woman or man over 50.
