Stopping Phone, Social Media,TV (Our Unplugged Goals Each Week)

Hey Awesome ones.. sometimes we truly need a break from all the distractions and the noise. After visiting our daughter who lives in the country and finding out we had NO service on our cell phones we decided to just lean into the situation and came home refreshed and relaxed. With this new awakening we decided to disconnect and unplug from our cell phones, apps, computers, TV and even music and books for a minimum of 17 hours a week (in our leisure hours) We really wanted to share this with you, our awesome ones. Sometimes we get into a rut and TV, music, scrolling and just plain noise is the norm. We actually made up a list of things to do in our quiet time and share them on this video. Hope it helps and pass it on to someone who needs it, especially someone in the younger generation.
