Doing these simple, easy-to-do things increased my energy and have made me happier, healthier and more productive!

00:00 - 02:15 pretend time travel (for mindfulness!)
02:15 - 4:41 sleeping in harmony with nature
4:41 - 7:49 journaling before bed / therapy
7:49 - 10:52 self development (high income skill + hobby time)
10:52 - 12:53 read (at least) 10 pages every day
12:53 - 14:39 2 hours in nature every week (minimum)
14:39 - 15:25 daily stretches, regular exercise and massages
