Production Note: That damned gun barrel slid down before the torso turn! Nothing I can do about it now, but I wanted to let you know that yes, I noticed it too, just not in time. Stupid gun barrel.

Every step of the transformation is documented in the frames of the video, in what I consider to be the best sequence. With minimal rubbing and minimal parts-parking.
