Odissi classical Indian dance training with Colleena includes studying music and dance theory from traditional texts, movements (chari, bhramari and anga shuddhi) from Natya Shastra, new stepping techniques which develop odissi techniques with increasing complexity, abhinaya / acting technique and methodology, study of choreography and fundamental technique training, morning yoga (meditation and pranayama) and so much more!
