Homemade Lenny & Larry's Cookies

These homemade cookies are better than Lenny & Larry's cookies. Since Lenny & Larry's changed their formula they have not been the same. But you can easily recreate these cookies at home. I did not make these vegan but they can easily be made vegan by making some simple substitutes.
