How to use the Ninja Perfect Temperature Kettle (KT201UK), including controls, settings, and useful tips,
First : Remove all packaging, fill to max, boil once at 100°C, then discard the water,
Controls

Display shows temperature,
Use + and – to adjust (40°C to 100°C),
START/STOP begins or cancels heating,
HOLD TEMP keeps water warm for up to 30 minutes,

Preset temperatures:
60°C, 70°C, 80°C, 90°C (tea),
95°C (coffee),
100°C (boil),

Boiling Water

Open lid, fill between 250ml and 1.7L, close lid, place on base,
Select temperature, press START/STOP,
Kettle beeps when finished,

During Use
Temperature can be changed mid-cycle,
Press START/STOP to cancel,
Lifting kettle stops heating,

Hold Temperature

Press HOLD TEMP before or after heating,
