India Will Not Mercy On Immigrants #shortvideo #viralvideo #viralshort #kashmirattack #immigration

The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has recently issued a stringent directive to all state governments and Union Territories, mandating them to conduct a comprehensive verification of identity documents of individuals suspected of being unauthorized immigrants from Bangladesh and Myanmar who are claiming Indian citizenship. Authorities have been granted a time frame of 30 days to carry out this task. Failure to authenticate the legitimacy of these individuals' documents within the given period may lead to their deportation, according to official sources.

In its detailed communication, the Home Ministry has asked state and UT administrations to invoke their statutory powers to systematically identify and monitor individuals who may be residing in India illegally. Moreover, the directive emphasizes the need for proper infrastructure to detain such individuals before deportation proceedings are carried out, recommending that suitable detention centers be established and maintained at the district level to manage this process efficiently.

This initiative reflects the central government’s intensifying drive to tackle the persistent issue of illegal migration into India, particularly from neighboring countries such as Bangladesh and Myanmar. The advisory was also forwarded to the leadership of the Border Security Force (BSF) and the Assam Rifles — both of which play a crucial role in monitoring and protecting India’s borders with these two nations.

Earlier in February, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had underscored the seriousness of illegal infiltration, calling it a matter of national security that requires decisive and uncompromising action. He pointed out the existence of organized networks that facilitate the entry of illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya migrants into India, help them procure counterfeit documents, and settle unlawfully within the country. “Such unauthorized entry poses a direct threat to our internal security. These individuals must be identified through due process and removed from Indian soil,” he stated.

In a related judicial development, the Supreme Court of India recently dismissed a petition filed by a Sri Lankan citizen who sought to challenge his deportation after completing his prison sentence in India. The apex court ruled unequivocally that India cannot assume the responsibility of sheltering foreign nationals from every troubled region across the globe.

During the hearing, the bench comprising Justices Dipankar Datta and K Vinod Chandran made pointed remarks emphasizing the limitations of India’s capacity. “Should our nation turn into a sanctuary for displaced persons from all over the world? With a population nearing 1.4 billion, we cannot afford to function as a universal refuge,” the bench stated. The petitioner, a Sri Lankan Tamil, had argued that he faced a risk to his life if he returned to his homeland, but the court found his plea insufficiently compelling. “You should consider seeking asylum in another country,” the bench advised, firmly rejecting his requested
