3 SPIRITUAL PRACTICES I Tried During Quarantine--what to do when you're locked up and bored.

Hi, astrofriends! This video is a little *outside* my normal repertoire--but during these lonely times, we should try something new--so I did. As I said in the video, these practices have been so fulfilling to my spirit, and if you find yourself in need of something to "escape to" when the world is a little nuts, something that will feed you once you leave your "escape," spirituality is a great place to go. If you don't already have a religious or spiritual practice that impedes you, I recommend these three things. The first one is the one that probably wouldn't interfere with any religion--but what do I know.
