4th HOUSE+ SELF LOVE (ASTROLOGY)

The fourth house! My current love. It's such a nostalgic place because it connects us to our childhood and roots--whether these are sad or happy memories. (Probably my PMS speaking, but I probably cried a lil bit while editing this, thinking about my grandma. .)

The fourth house is the foundation in that it's our childhood--everything that stems from it. Our family. Our lineage. The tools we received in childhood that help us love ourselves and present ourselves outside of our home. I really connect the fourth house in astrology with self love, mostly because I do think that our parents set up the foundation for what will become self love. The way they love us tells us how to love ourselves.

(I used the "Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" with my therapist ten years ago, and found it very useful; but this one seems more appropriate for this particular topic and has great reviews. I might just get this one myself!)
