(TIME STAMPS IN COMMENTS) I had the most retrograde of times editing this video, and just as I was processing the final version--I realized how I could've done it better. But alas, your Rising Capricorn girl is a woman of her word, and I said it would be up today at 3. So here you have it.

Retrograde periods are meant for reflection--and how appropriate with the current state of the world. Venus goes retrograde around every year and a half, for about 40 days. And, accordingly, Venus has us re-evaluate things. Venus represents love and beauty, relationships, but also it's our values. What we value. The value we place on ourselves, even. When this planet goes retrograde, that's what we are reflecting on.

This is particularly important for people with planets from 5-21 degrees of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, or Pisces--the mutable signs. Everyone else will feel it more subtly, but it's there nonetheless. (My friends and I are already deep in the Venus Rx. . . )
